What are your hours of operation?

  • We are staffed 24 hours a day, 365 days a year

  • Our lobby hours are as follows:

    • MONDAY through FRIDAY: 7 am - 7 pm

    • SATURDAY: 8 am - 6 pm

    • SUNDAY: 9 am - 4 pm

 

  • Our lobby is closed on:

    • New Years Eve

    • New Years Day

    • Easter Sunday

    • Memorial Day

    • Independence Day

    • Labor Day

    • Thanksgiving

    • Christmas Eve

    • Christmas Day


how do i make a reservation?

  • In-Person - Please feel to stop by during the lobby hours listed above.


what is required for a reservation?

  • unFURgettable Pet Resort & Spa requires a credit card deposit when booking a reservation.

    • During non-peak/holiday periods, a one-night deposit is required.

    • During peak/holiday periods, a two-night deposit is required.

 

  • Current vaccination documentation must be submitted online or brought in-person no later than your pet’s check-in date.

    • Failure to do so could jeopardize your pet’s reservation.

  • We also require first-time guests to submit the required documents before your reservation.

    • Click here to to view and submit all forms online.

    • If you prefer to do it in person, you will have the opportunity to do so before check-in.

    • You can also pick them up in person and email them to: info@unFURgettablePetResort.com before check-in.

 

  • After 6 months of age, all dogs must be spayed or neutered to continue participating in daycare.

    • Intact males and females in heat will be placed in our Special Needs Program.


what if i need to cancel my reservation?

  • Non-Peak/Holiday – During this time, you may cancel your reservation, with no penalty, up to three days prior to your check-in time.

    • Cancellations within three days prior to your check-in will result in a forfeiture of your one-night deposit.

    • Reservations created within three days prior to check-in time and subsequently cancelled will also result in a forfeiture of your one-night deposit.

    • This also applies to a "no-show".

 

  • Peak/Holiday – Due to high demand at during peak/holiday periods, we have a strict policy on cancellations during this time.

    • You may cancel your reservation, with no penalty, up to ten days prior to your check-in time.

    • Cancellations that occur within ten days prior to your check-in will result a forfeiture of your two-night deposit.

    • Reservations created within ten days prior to check-in time and subsequently cancelled will also result in a forfeiture of your two-night deposit.

    • This also applies to a "no-show".

  • Peak/Holiday times are:

    • January 1 - 3

    • May 26 - 30

    • June 30 - July 5

    • September 1 - 6

    • November 20 - 30

    • December 18 - 31


CAN I TAKE A TOUR?

  • Absolutely! Feel free to drop by anytime during our lobby hours.

    • A reservation is not required to take a tour.

    • During peak hours/holidays please call ahead to check our availability.


IS YOUR FACILITY SECURE?

  • Yes. We have staff supervising our pet guests 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

    • In addition we have security, and smoke detection systems that alert police and fire departments in the event of an emergency.

    • Your pet is in good hands.
