What are your hours of operation?

  • We are staffed 24 hours a day, 365 days a year

  • Our lobby hours are as follows:

    • MONDAY through FRIDAY: 7 am - 7 pm

    • SATURDAY: 8 am - 6 pm

    • SUNDAY: 9 am - 4 pm

 

  • Our lobby is closed to walk-ins on the following days (pickup and drop-off is allowed for pre-existing reservations):

    • New Years Eve

    • New Years Day

    • Easter Sunday

    • Memorial Day

    • Independence Day

    • Labor Day

    • Thanksgiving

    • Christmas Eve

    • Christmas Day

what is required for a reservation?

  • unFURgettable Pet Resort & Spa requires a credit card to be kept on file when booking a reservation.

    • We require the following information at the time of booking:

      • Credit card number

      • Expiration date

      • Security code

      • Billing zip code

    • During non-peak/holiday periods, a deposit of one night will be taken.

    • During peak/holiday periods, a deposit of two nights will be taken.

  • SIDE NOTE: Owners who book online, will be contacted via phone and/or email immediately to obtain the necessary credit card information.

    • For online bookings, we allow a 24-hour grace period.

    • If we don’t have what we need after 24 hours, the room/reservation will be released.

 

  • Current vaccination documentation must be submitted online or brought in-person no later than your pet’s check-in date.

    • Failure to do so could jeopardize your pet’s reservation.

  • We also require first-time guests to complete and sign two forms no later than your check-in date.

    • If you prefer to do it in person, you will have the opportunity to do so during check-in.

 

  • Daycare is included in the boarding price. However, After 1 year, all dogs must be spayed or neutered to continue participating in daycare.

    • Intact males and females in heat who are older than 1 year old, will be placed in our Special Needs Program.

what if i need to cancel my reservation?

  • Non-Peak/Holiday – During this time, you may cancel your reservation, with no penalty, up to 3 days prior to your check-in time.

    • Cancellations less than 3 days before check-in will result in the loss of an owner’s 1-night deposit.

    • Cancellations in the proper timeframe will result in an immediate refund of the owner’s deposit.

    • A "no-show" will result in a charge of 2 nights.

 

  • Peak/Holiday – Due to high demand at during peak/holiday periods, you may cancel your reservation, with no penalty, up to 7 days prior to your check-in time.

    • Cancellations less than 7 days before check-in will result in the loss of an owner’s 2-night deposit.

    • Cancellations in the proper timeframe will result in an immediate refund of the owner’s deposit.

    • A "no-show" will result in a charge of 3 nights.

  • Alterations - If you choose to cut your reservation short and pickup your pet early, you will still be charged for the full amount. This also applies if you choose to drop off your pet later than originally scheduled.

    • During non-peak/holiday times, you may alter your reservation up to 3 days prior to check-in.

    • During peak/holiday times, you may alter your reservation up to 7 days prior to check-in.

  • Groomings - For cancellations, we require at least 24-hour notice.

    • Cancellations that occur less than 24 hours prior to an owner’s reservation will result in a charge of 25% of the final bill.

    • A “no-show” will result in a charge of 50% of the final bill.

    • January 1 - 3

    • February 1- - 24

    • May 8 - 10

    • May 26 - 30

    • June 30 - July 5

    • September 1 - 6

    • November 20 - 30

    • December 18 - 31


CAN I TAKE A TOUR?

  • Absolutely! Feel free to drop by anytime during our lobby hours.

    • A reservation is not required to take a tour.

    • During peak hours/holidays please call ahead to check our availability.


IS YOUR FACILITY SECURE?

  • Yes. We have staff supervising our pet guests 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

    • In addition we have security, and smoke detection systems that alert police and fire departments in the event of an emergency.

    • Your pet is in good hands.
